杂志封面拍摄的前一天，他结束了一整天的电视剧拍摄。回到家乡长沙已经半个多月，而在当天晚上，他才第一次有时间和三两位工作人员出门吃饭。回到房间里，他又马不停蹄地筛选投递到新成立娱乐集团邮箱和报名系统的练习生报名表。到了凌晨，他开始在网上学习经济学和管理学的课程。

The day before the magazine cover shot, he just finished the whole day of TV series shooting. It has been more than half a month since he returned to his hometown of Changsha, and on that night, he finally had time to go out for dinner with his two or three staff members for the first time. Back in the room, he kept on screening the application forms from the trainees who had been delivered to the e-mail box of the newly established entertainment group and the registration system. In the early hours of the morning, he began to study economics and management courses online.

我坐下来进行采访，叫了他一声“张老板”，张艺兴连连摆手，“担不起，担不起”。他承认最近有些“焦虑”，“原来从一个艺人工作室的艺人，增多了一个企业的管理者，要考虑和学习的方面实在太多了。”

I sat down for the interview and called him "Boss Zhang". Zhang Yixing repeatedly waved his hand, "I can't afford it, I can't afford it." He admitted that he had some "anxieties" recently.  "It turned out that there are too many aspects to consider and learn when I became an enterprise manager from an artist."

我们在10月底的长沙见面，他已经开心地说“现在有几个还不错的孩子”。他对线上投递简历的练习生们有三点要求：首先，多发几张照片，从各维度展现自己；第二点，一定要附上唱跳的视频，“明确地知道自己到底喜欢做什么，这很重要”。“还有一点，尽量不要化妆，也不要用美颜相机来拍摄这张照片”。因为最后一点，张艺兴又上了一次热搜，他的发声也很明确，希望每个人先接受自己真实的样子，再交给公司来后续培养和让他们成长成为一名合格的偶像。

He made it clear that he wanted everyone to accept what they were like at the very beginning, and then the company would train them to grow up into qualified idols.

这家娱乐公司秉承着“真实、真诚”的原则，“我希望我能做一家非常干净的娱乐公司”。“最清白的野心家”，这也是他一直以来想要致力打造的娱乐生态环境。他时刻觉得自己担负着一份沉甸甸的责任，这种责任，和17岁的时候，他妈妈把他交给练习生公司的时候，对方的心情一样。

This entertainment company adheres to the principle of "truthfulness and sincerity." I hope I can have a very clean entertainment company. "The most innocent careerist",this is also the entertainment ecological environment he has been trying to create. He always felt that he had a heavy responsibility, which was the same as when his mother handed him over to the trainee company when he was 17 years old.

17岁的张艺兴，独自踏上了新的路程。那个时候的他，没有退路，可能性都存在于未知的地方，只能奋力拼搏，“所以我非常喜欢背水一战这个词”。他为之欣慰的是，现在的这一代，常常有“退路”，也会有“Plan B”，但张艺兴希望，这些练习生们不仅仅是把偶像当成一个工作，而是“把热爱的事做到极致”。

17-year-old Zhang Yixing, set out on a new journey alone. At that time, he had no way back, the possibility existed in unknown places, and he could only practice hard. “有一些孩子们来面试，各方面条件都很不错，但是他不够热爱这个事业，他只是想成为或者是不想成为偶像，其实这样的话我心里会有顾虑，因为只有你热爱这个事业，再苦再累，才能都顶得住。”

"There are some children who come to the interview, all the conditions are very good, but they do not love this career enough. He just wants to be or doesn't want to be an idol. In fact, I will have worries in this case, because only if you love this career, no matter how hard and tired you are, you can withstand it."

“染色体”这个名字诞生于很早之前的一次偶然，他为工作室设计logo，自己名字的缩写字母X和Y就映入了眼帘，染色体包含着X染色体和Y染色体，他希望传承更多来自于人本真的DNA，“以后开公司的话，一定要叫染色体”，这个名字当时就萌芽了。 

The name "chromosome" was born in an accident a long time ago. He designed a logo for the studio, and the abbreviations of his name, X and y, came into view. Chromosome contains X chromosome and Y chromosome. He hoped to inherit more DNA from human nature. "If I want to set up a company in the future, it must be the chromosome". The name just sprouted at that time.

“在我看来，艺人想做自己OK，但是在‘做自己’的情况里，一定要考虑到自己的身份，艺人的工作，一行、一举、一动，都要自律。”这也许是他这么多年做“艺人”这个身份一以贯之的自觉，“对，很对，是一种自觉，一种不成文的规定”，说完，他自己也笑了一下。 

“现在的孩子们，我发现都很喜欢做自己。”他也在这样的背景下做出了“退让”，“首先，让这些孩子们做自己，保持真我，然后再在这个基础上，加入艺人的身份。”慢慢地，他在变柔软。

"In my opinion, it's OK for artists to be themselves, but in the case of" being themselves ", they must consider their own identities. As an artist, you must consider your own identity. Artists should be disciplined in their work and every moves". This may be his consistent consciousness of being an "artist" for so many years, "yes, right. It's a kind of consciousness, an unwritten regulation." After saying this, he smiled. "Today's children, I find that they like to be themselves." He also made a "concession" under such a condition: "first, let these children be themselves and keep them real, and then on this basis, let them know how to have the identity of artists." Slowly, he's softening.

“不是说自我认同感加强了，我对自己的认同感没什么特别大的变化。反而是今年，《这!就是街舞3》之后，好像整体舆论环境变好一点了。”他用“手机”来类比之前大众对他的滤镜—其实智能手机，在相机打开的时候就直接注入了美颜，但很多人会觉得真好看，这手机真懂我，但其实手机的前置摄像头并不能拍出真实的你。

“It's not that my sense of self-identity has been strengthened. I don't have much change in my sense of identity. This mobile phone really understands me, but in fact, the front camera can't capture the real you.

在《这！就是街舞》第三季里，张艺兴更多地负担着超越自我的任务。他在开场第一支舞里跳了最新的单曲《莲》，这首专辑的主打歌，是他的“自我写照”。梦想这条路他还在走，一旦踏上也不曾回头。

In SDC3, Zhang Yixing is more burdened with the task of transcending himself. He danced the latest single "LIT" which is the main song of his 4th album 《LIT》 in the first dance opening show. On the dream road, he is still walking, once set foot never go back.

17岁的时候，每天在公司睡五个小时，早饭五分钟，午饭五分钟，晚饭5五分钟，剩下的时间全都在练舞，他喜欢关着灯蒙着眼跳舞，这样除了舞蹈动作，别的事情都不用关注。今年疫情期间他时常到舞蹈室练习6个小时以上的krump舞。这也是他能一直站在公众视线里的原因，他永远都能带来一些新的东西，出专辑,跳新舞，种做综艺的导师，当一名合格的演员。

At the age of 17, he slept five hours a day in the company, five minutes for breakfast, five minutes for lunch, and five minutes for dinner. All the rest of the time was practicing dancing. He liked to dance with the lights off and blindfolded, so that he didn't have to pay attention to anything except the dance movements. During this year's epidemic, he often went to the dance studio to practice Krump for more than six hours. This is also the reason why he has always been in the public eye. He can always bring some new things, such as making albums, new dances, becoming a variety producer and becoming a qualified actor.

他越来越喜欢亲力亲为，大多数作品都是自己作词、编曲、制作、编舞的事情，他参加同时花更多的精力打磨作品，不再把自己困囿于技巧和规则中，而是加入自己对人生的思考，对演艺事业的体味。反而这样子的他是真诚的。

He is more and more fond of doing things by himself. Most of his works are done by himself, lyrics, arrangement, production and choreography. At the same time, he spends more energy on polishing his works. He no longer confines himself to skills and rules, but adds his own thinking on life and his taste of performing arts. Exactly, he is real in this way.

Q&A

Q: 你选择公司里的练习生有“玄武、朱雀、青龙、白虎”四大类，标准是什么？希望他们是全能的吗？

Q: There are four categories of trainees in your company: “Xuanwu, Zhuque, Qinglong and Baihu”. What is the standard? Hope they could do every part well?

A: 因为对于这个公司的孩子们来说，“我”是最低标准，他们都要超过我，比我好，才能来这个公司当练习生。他们可以不是全能，但是希望他们有出众的才艺。

A: Because for the children in this company, "Zhang Yixing" is the minimum standard. They should surpass me and be better than me before they came to here as trainees. It’s okay if they are not all-around, but I hope they have outstanding talent.

Q: 12月的封面人物，你会怎么样总结自己的2020年？

Q: BAZAAR MEN’s December cover character, how would you summarize your 2020?

A: 一个过渡期。

A: A transitional period.

Q: 怎么形容这个过渡期？ 

Q: How to describe this transition period?  

A: 小时候的我只有一个愿望，希望自己做一个艺人，当一名歌手。从来没有想过自己未来会要开一家公司来培养练习生，这是我规划以外的事情。现在是在我人生的第二阶段。

A: When I was a child, I had only one wish to be an artist and a singer. I never thought that I would set up a company to train trainees in the future, which was beyond my plan. This is the second stage of my life now.

Q:舞者、歌手、演员这几个工作时间怎么分配？

Q: How to allocate the working hours of dancer, singer and actor?

A:其实就有时间干什么就干什么。最近在拍戏，和孙红雷哥哥又再次合作了，太开心了，片名叫做《扫黑风暴》，然后又在长沙参加了一个综艺节目《舞蹈风暴》，期待每天都来点“风暴”，先把这几股“风暴”压在自己身体里面，过段时间让大家都一起“风暴一下”。

A: Do whatever if time allows you to do. Recently, I worked with my brother Sun Honglei again. I was so happy. The title of the drama is called 《CRIME CRACKDOWN》. Then I participated in a variety show 《DANCE SMASH 2》 in Changsha. I hope to have some "storm" every day. First, I put these "storms" in my body, and let everyone "storm" together after a while.

Q: “演员”这么好玩吗？

Q: Is "actor" funny?

A: 前段时间我刚刚拍完《落花时节》，也很开心。我想过这个事情，对我来说，演员可以体会到不同人的不同人生，这还蛮有意思的。 

A: Months ago, I just finished shooting 《Challenges at Midlife》, and I was very happy. I've thought about your question before. It's interesting for me, as an actor, to experience different lives of different people.
